Creating a Collection

Overview

You can create a collection to organize your Brand's products to easily add them to your programs in GRIN. You can also allow creators to select products from specific collections when they create orders for your marketing programs.

What You'll Need

  • A configured Brand.

How to Do It

1. Navigate to Brands > Products on the Brand you'd like to create a collection for.

2. Click Collections.

3. Click New Collection.

4. Complete the following fields:

  • Collection Name: The name of the collection. This will be displayed to all users in your GRIN account as well as creators when they select products from this collection. This field is required.

  • Navigation Group/Collection Group: A group to organize your new collection into. For more information see Creating Collection Groups.

  • Collection Description: A description of the group that will be displayed to creators.

  • Collection Image: An image for the collection that will be displayed to creators.

5. Click Save.

Conclusion

Your new collection should now appear on your Collections page. Now, you can add products to that collection and add the collection to your creator marketing programs for your creators to view.
