Using Instagram Search
You can search, discover, and recruit creators with Creator Search on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. By using filters and search terms, you can narrow down your search results to find your preferred creators and add them as contacts in GRIN.
What You'll Need
Open capacity in your account for Creators or Prospects. You can check your available capacity from your Account > Account Details.
How to Do It
1. Navigate to Recruitment > Creator Search.
2. Select Instagram to switch your results to Instagram creators.
3. Apply filters to narrow down and refine your results using the Filters panel, Search Category, and Search text box.
Note: You can customize the information and statistics displayed in the table by editing the Columns from the top right.
4. Learn more about creators by selecting their name or clicking the View Profile button. This will open a creator panel with their profile stats, content preview, and an Audience Report option. For more on Audience Reports, see Viewing Audience Reports.
5. Add the creators you want as a Prospect or Creator. You can do this per individual creator or multiple creators at once.
For individual creators, hover over their row and click the More Options button. Then, select Add Prospect or Add Creator.
For multiple creators, click the checkbox next to each creator you want to add, then select Add Prospect or Add Creator from the buttons that appear at the top right.
6. Complete any of the optional fields as desired (Relationship Stage, Add to Activation, Tags, Manager/Agent).
7. Select Add Prospects or Add Creators.
The creator(s) have now been added as new contacts to your Prospects or Creators. The next time you use Instagram Search, you'll also see an icon noting that they've been added to your contacts.
