Understanding ACH Payout Fees

When you pay creators through GRIN via ACH, whether you incur a fee depends on the currency of the payout.

Do brands incur a fee when paying via ACH?

  • USD to USD: No fees are incurred by the brand.

  • USD to any other currency: A foreign exchange conversion rate applies, which can include up to a 2% margin on the exchange rate. Creators only see the exchange rate used to convert their payouts.
