Voiding Conversions
Note: If you joined GRIN on January 23, 2023, or later, Campaigns will not be available for your account and have been replaced by Activations. You can use Activations to manage and organize your creator marketing programs.

In this guide, we will go through how to void influencer sales both individually and in bulk. If for any reason you would like to cancel the commission earned on a creator's conversion or a set of conversions, then you can do so within your Campaign Work Room.
What You'll Need
At least one conversion in the Pending status in your Campaign (conversions in the Completed status cannot be voided).
How to Do It
In this article, you'll learn how to void conversions individually or in bulk using the sections below.
How to Void Individual Conversions
1. Click Program > Campaigns.
2. Click the Campaign Work Room icon.
3. In the work room click the Conversions tab.
4. Under the Actions column, click Void Conversion.
5. Click Yes, void this conversion to confirm.
How to Void Multiple Conversions
1. Click Program > Campaigns.
2. Click the Campaign Work Room icon.
3. In the work room click the Conversions tab.
4. Check the boxes to the left of the conversions you would like to void.
5. Click on More Options and select Void Conversion.
6. Click Yes to confirm.
