Setting Up Creator Content Tracking
Note: If you joined GRIN on January 23, 2023, or later, Campaigns will not be available for your account and have been replaced by Activations. You can use Activations to manage and organize your creator marketing programs.

Use the following guide to understand how to allow GRIN to automatically pull in creators' content. This eliminates the need for you and your creators to have to deliver content manually. Your creators' posts will automatically pull in by using the mentions and hashtags that you have set within your campaign setup.
What You'll Need
A new or existing Campaign.
How to Do It
Click Program and select Campaigns.
Click on the Edit icon.
In Step 4. Tracking, under Content Tracking, enter the hashtags and/or mentions you would like to track. Content with either those tags or mentions will be pulled into GRIN with their engagement metrics.
Warning: If you don't include tags and mentions here, your creators' content will not be pulled in automatically even if they add the tags and mentions you want to their captions. The hashtags and mentions must be included in this step so GRIN knows what to look for and pull in for this Campaign.
