Where to Find Your Older Campaigns and Activations on Your Live Site
If a campaign or activation you remember is no longer on the first screen of your Live Site, it was not deleted. Where to find it depends on which of two dashboard layouts your Live Site uses, and that is set on the brand's side rather than by you.
What you'll need
- Your own Live Site URL, which the brand sends you and which is unique to you
If your Live Site has Active and Archived tabs
You land on the Active tab, which lists your new and in-progress campaigns and activations, so it is the shortest path back to whatever still needs your attention.
- Select the Archived tab. It lists your completed and archived campaigns and activations.
- Move through long lists with the pagination inside the tab you are on. Each tab pages through its own contents.
The Archived tab loads its contents at the moment you select it rather than with the rest of the page, so it can take a beat to fill in the first time you open it. If you have nothing archived, the tab says so.
If your Live Site has no tabs
Your campaigns and activations sit together on a single list on the dashboard, and there is no second place to look. If the program is missing from that list, the last section of this article is the one you want.
Your links and codes are still there
An archived program keeps showing its affiliate links and discount codes, so you can still open the program on the Archived tab and copy them. Archiving changes where the program sits on your dashboard, it does not hide what the program gave you.
If a program is in neither place
Check first that you opened your own Live Site link rather than one forwarded from another creator, because each link only ever shows the programs belonging to its own creator. If the program is still missing, tell the brand you work with, and they can confirm on their side whether the program is published and whether you were activated in it, which is covered in the brand guidance on why an Activation isn't showing on a creator's Live Site.
